2002Sebastian started his research on AI and image recognition
2010Sebastian founded Picalike
2011First customers went live
2012Moving to Schokoladenfabrik Office (with 5 employees)
2014Launch of Complete the Look
2015Moving to Schanze Office (with 12 employees) / Launch of Visual Mail
2017Office at Rothenbaumchaussee / Going international
2020Back to Schanze (Co-Working at Betahaus), Beginning of Remote Work

MEET THE TEAM
Although we’ve been working mostly remotely since the pandemic, we’re a family-oriented bunch of creatives, marketers and techies. Since we have part of our team sitting in front of computers outside of Germany, our company language has become English. However, since a total of 3 languages are represented at Picalike (German, English, Portuguese), there are always funny word formations and intercultural language barriers, which can be overcome quickly, however, since many of the team speak at least 3 foreign languages.
